In order to take advantage of the best shipment rates (see
below the list of countries for detailed conditions), we
offer you the possibility to store your purchases and to
choose when you want them to be sent. This way, you will
be able to reach the critical volume/weight that will guarantee
the cheapest shipment.

1.Credit cards :
The easiest and safest way to process with your payments
is by using your Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa. The data transmission
as well as the payment validation is ensured by the official
cashing organization Telekurs Multiplay. With a securised
mode such as SSL RC-4 128 bits, you are provided with the
same security level as found on telebanking websites. However,
for security purposes, we suggest you not to use for your
account an email address such as "@hotmail.com",
"@yahoo.fr", "@caramail.com", etc. Indeed,
these are not securised enough for banking transactions.
Once you made your order, you will be automatically sent
the confirmation of your transaction to the email address
you provided us with.

2.PostFinance Debit
Direct : This is a convenient way for a quick securised
payment. You do not need to subscribe to Yellownet Service
to be able to make your payment through the Debit Direct
service from PostFinance. You only need to own a PostCard.
The amount of you order will be directly debited from your
postal account, without any additional cost. Please be aware
that the debit order is given the day of the order or the
following day. If you do not own a PostCard, you can get
one online on the PostFinance website.
3.Prepayment :
If you don’t have any payment card, you can make a
prepayment of the total amount of your order on our postal
account (CCP) number 17-605818-0. Please mention the order
reference on the payment bulletin (e.g.: vrsxxxxxx#xxxxx).
If you want to speed up the treatment of your order, you
can send us a telex proof of your payment at +41 (0)21 311
97 46. We send your order once the
invoice payment is made. You have three days to process
with the payment. If you don't process with the payment
within these three days, your order will be cancelled and
we will empty your cart. The related items will be put back
into selling.
4.Ten days invoices
: This payment mode is exclusively reserved for
customers who were granted with our approval. Anyway, it
is impossible to use this mean of payment without the activation
of this service on your account. The box to tick will not
even appear if it’s not the case. We reserve the right
to give our approval for this way of payment to customers
we judge as regular. Therefore, if you think you might benefit
from these conditions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Cost of delivery :
All sendings are made through the «poste economy»
system. The fee payed by the customer decreases as the total
amount of the cart increases and can even get to zero. Note
that this only applies to LPs. Check the rate applied for

This cost includes delivery, packing and handling expenses.
Delivery periods :
As vr-records has an important inventory, orders for items
included in this inventory are sent within 24 to 48 hours
(according to the swiss postal - two business days). For
other countries, please check out the « delivery methods
table » above. If the items ordered are not in
our inventory then the delivery time can vary according
to the supplier but usually it takes 4 to 10 days for restocking.
Damage and delivery errors
: Any possible damage must be communicated immediately
to the conveyor. The goods delivered by mistake or not included
in the original order, must be returned immediately or at
least in the following seven days. The goods must be returned
without any damage, remain unopened, with their original
packaging. In case the goods are not returned, they will
be invoiced.
Time of retraction :
vr-records does not grant any time of retraction for items
ordered online. In cases of wrong orders, the customer engages
himself to make another order for an equivalent amount and
supports all the expenses generated by the return of the
items previously ordered. Personal data protection :
Personal data entered in our system, requested for an account
creation, will not be communicated to any third party in
any case. Besides, please be aware that we do not have access
to your complete information, such as your payment card
number (with encrypted data, only the 4 last digits will
appear).
